Sheets

The hot rolled sheets in our stock programme are suitable for ANODIZING and can also be used in Automotive Industry.

This specific aluminum materials are used especially to modulate the truck fuel tank, the bus doors, the trunk lids and the .

Thanks to its rigid structure, these sheets are used in advertising industry, in traffic signs and billboards, exhibition stands. The cutting of these materials is usually made by laser and waterjet machines. We also keep sheets with one-side PVC coated suitable for laser cutting.

In addition, we also keep in stock special Tread Plates which have special resistance and decorative characteristics. Tread Plates are generally used in Shipbuilding Industry.

SHATES

The materials with special dimensions between Sheets and Plates, are called SHATES which are generally used in Shipbuilding and Tanker Industries. For all Shipbuilding Shates, certificates of IACS are available.

The Shates in alloy 5083/H321 are supplied with Lloyd, RINA, GL, ABS, DNV certificates.

Shates in alloy 5083/H111 are prefered in Food & Transportation Tankers.

5182/H111 alloys with ADR certificates are preferred in Fuel Tankers.

Alloys 5083 , 6061 , 6082 , 7075 ve Alumec100 are used in moulds for production of plastic detergent ocntainers, blow molding of beverage plastics, yogurt containers, filling and packaging machines, molulds and thermoforming machines and Styrofoam molds and machines.

Also we can see usage of these aluminum alloys in robot arms, automotive fixtures, dies in seats of aircraft and automotive and ballistic plates in defense industry.

We provide our services to these sectors through our Brand Name Aludur 5083 alloy cast plate. The dimensions that we can produce started from min 8 mm thickness, max 1750 mm width and max 3810 mm length. We can also cut in any dimension with our machines at high precision tolerances.

We produce 5083 Precision Milled Tooling Plates under the brand name of Aludur Plus. Precision Milled tolling Plates are used in sectors for which the flatness and surface quality have high importance.
