Billet
Altek Metal produces cast aluminium billets with a vast range of alloys beginning from 1xxx to 7xxx. The Billet diameters range from 10’’ to 32’’ and are produced mainly from clean industrial scraps. On average the scrap usage is between 80%-100% of clean aluminium scrap. However, for special alloys, 100% primary material is used if needed. Additionally, our billets can be scalped if requested by the customer.
Our billets are suitable for both extrusion and forging.
For non-standard requests, you can contact our experienced team.
